Here are some news blurbs about Mix It Up – a collaborative project of the Study Circles Resource Center and the Southern Poverty Law Center that has kids stepping out of their usual social boundries in cafeterias across the country. Sandy Heierbacher co-founded the National Coalition for Dialogue & Deliberation (NCDD) with Andy Fluke in 2002, with the 60 volunteers and 50 organizations who worked together to plan NCDD’s first national conference.
