    MAaron Hi fellow NCDD members,

My place of work, Blue Water Baltimore, is launching a strategic planning process.  We've got an RFP and would encourage anyone interested (or if you know someone who might be) to take a look and potentially respond. Deadline for response is Aug 17, timeline is expected to be Oct 12 - Mar 13, and we envision the budget range to be $15,000 - $25,000.

You can download the RFP at the following link.  If you have questions, please email me offline at maaron@bluewaterbaltimore.org.
