NCDD Involvement
I also attended one of the C2D2 conferences in Ottawa.
I am co-facilitating a pre-conference workshop the day before the 2008 NCDD conference begins in Austin. The workshop is entitled "Creating “We the People†in our Groups, Organizations, Communities & Society."

I'd like to
engage NCDD'ers in a conversation about "choice-creating" as a form of thinking and talking that is related to both "dialogue" and "deliberation".
This group was formed to help those in the Pacific Northwest to network and share region-specific news, info, and opportunities. The Pacific Northwest, broadly defined, includes all of Washington state, most of Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and British Columbia, and adjoining parts of Alaska, Yukon Territory and California.
We wanted to create one group that every NCDD member is a part of, so we can provide a space where all members can take part in discussions here in the members network.
