Lisa Heft is a facilitator and interactive learning specialist known internationally for her resources, tools and workshops on Open Space Technology, for use of World Cafe, for her facilitation of face-to-face groups of 10 to 2500+, interactive conference design and her use of spoken word, graphics and movement to engage deeper reflection and dialogue. Clients on 6 continents include the International AIDS Conferences, U.S. Departments of Labor and Transportation, Heifer International, One Ocean Marine Forum, National Forum on Information Geosciences, International Red Cross Red Crescent Societies, US Agency for International Development, San Quentin state prison and Columbia University Center for International Conflict Resolution (with whom she is a Fellow). Lisa is the author of the Open Space Idea Book and other resources on Open Space, President Emerita of the U.S. Open Space Institute and past Poet Laureate of the global OSLIST.
