About Me
Tree Bressen feels blessed to pursue group facilitation as her calling, serving a wide variety of organizations since 1994. Her gifts include elegant process design, balancing structure with flexibility, holding space for tough conversations, and using good process to achieve excellent product. She founded the Group Pattern Language Project, nonprofit collective producer of the Group Works cards. Tree’s website www.treegroup.info offers free articles and resources; her practice is currently conducted on a gift economy basis.
NCDD Involvement
I've attended one national conference and one regional conference.
This group was formed to help those in the Pacific Northwest to network and share region-specific news, info, and opportunities. The Pacific Northwest, broadly defined, includes all of Washington state, most of Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and British Columbia, and adjoining parts of Alaska, Yukon Territory and California.
We wanted to create one group that every NCDD member is a part of, so we can provide a space where all members can take part in discussions here in the members network.
