Evolutionary Salons

Evolutionary Salons are gatherings in which people share and explore how individuals, groups, and societies can evolve more consciously and wisely. The first Evolutionary Salon was held in May 2005. It was the brainchild of Michael Dowd, but quickly became a co-creation with a community of leaders in collective intelligence and evolutionary action. (continue)

Unconference

An unconference is a conference where the content of the sessions is driven and created by the participants, generally day-by-day during the course of the event, rather than by a single organizer, or small group of organizers, in advance. The term is primarily used for high-tech conferences for developers or bloggers. Open Space Technology is commonly used in unconferences, as are World Cafe and Appreciative Inquiry. (continue)
