What books should we include in the NCDD Seattle conference bookstore?

Hi, everyone! We wanted to engage NCDDers — especially those of you who are joining us for the NCDD national conference in Seattle next month — in the all-important question of which books we should include in the conference bookstore. NCDD members are a well-read, intelligent bunch, and many of you have published your own books.  We want to include an exciting array of new, interesting, useful books for both seasoned folks and newbies in our field.  And we especially want to make sure conference […] (continue)

Andy and my donation matched — twice!

I am so touched by our community’s generosity and commitment to helping others make it to NCDD Seattle.  I just checked where we’re at with fund drive donations, and Andy and my $1,000 donation was not only matched, but surpassed by more than double that amount!  22 of you donated $2,150 in the past two days, bringing our total scholarship fund to $6575. So in the past two days, we’ve doubled the funds we can offer to worthy scholarship recipients!  Andy and I, and the […] (continue)

Andy and I have decided to donate up to $1,000 of our own money to the […] (continue)
