  1. Diane Miller says:

Tues. Feb. 26 meeting with ED’s of austin area groups is set for 2:00 p.m.

Patricia will look at 5 pm on Feb. 25 or 5 pm on Feb. 26 for UT meeting.

  2. Polly Riddims says:

Looks great, do you need me to contact hotel staff or have you done that to arrange things for Monday and Tuesday. I’d love to meet the TX folks and attend any other meetings with you.
looking forward to meeting everyone – I’m very excited about this conference this year….

This looks great. let me know Sandy if you need me to contact hotel or anything about schedules.
Looking forward to meeting everyone and getting involved again.

  4. I’ve contacted the hotel, Polly, and made arrangements for our meetings and tours (and breakfast on the 25th).

  5. Sandy,

I will be doing a mini-training for a group of parents and students who want to do forums on Closing the Achievement Gaps on Saturday morning (23rd) if you would like to attend.

Also, I will try to set up appt with Betty Sue Flowers close to time you will be on UT campus with Patricia.

I’m keeping the week open as much as possible to spend time with you. Just let me know when you need me. Booked on Thursday evening, but mostly open.

Y’all come on down, ya hear?!

    Texas Taylor

  6. Diane Miller says:

Margaret Valenti is setting up a time for you to meet with some city of Austin folks from 10-11 on Feb. 27 – more details to follow.

Also, looking more like lunch on Feb. 26 (probably noon to 1:20) rather than 2 pm.

United Way is proposing 6-7:30 pm on Feb. 26 for streams workshop (didn't want to do daytime) and I'm hoping Patricia can get the UT meeting to happen at 5 pm on Feb. 25 instead of 26.

  7. Diane Miller says:

OKAY! Here's the latest. Lunch on 26th with ED's is noon and we'll just take whoever can make it to that one. Then Patricia would like Sandy to present to her participatory methods class at 3:30 on the 26th. Then the UT meeting at 5:00 on the 26th. Then we hustle you out of there over to united way for (hopefully!) a 6:30 presentation on the D&D streams. Then you collapse into bed!

  8. Diane Miller says:

Just to be sure you know, Sandy, we're going to go to meet with Patricia and Jen on Tues. the 26th at 2:00 so we can talk about Jen's project and some more thoughts on conference design.
