Job Opening at Community Mediation, Inc.

Community Mediation, Inc. in New Haven, Connecticut, has an opening for an Associate Director for Program and Administration.  Those of you with mediation skills may want to consider this position.  The application deadline is November 17th.

Job Title: Associate Director for Program and Administration

Position Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Management and supervisory experience
  • Experience as a mediator
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Detail-oriented and self-directed
  • 37.5 hours per week with flexible scheduling; some evening and weekend work expected
  • Starting salary: $45,000, with benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises program staff, interns and volunteers.
  • Oversees agency programs, statistics and program evaluation.
  • Prepares program reports, budgets and grant applications.
  • Engages in public education, public relations and marketing.
  • Works in partnership with and reports to Executive Director.
