Cleveland Foundation Invites Applications for Executive Fellowship Program
The Cleveland Executive Fellowship, a Coro program funded by the Cleveland Foundation (www.clevelandfoundation.org), is accepting applications for 2007-08 class. The fellowship immerses participants in the public, private, education, and nonprofit sectors during a year-long study of the people and institutions guiding Cleveland’s civic agenda. It employs training methods pioneered by Coro (www.coro.org), a national organization that prepares individuals for effective and ethical leadership in the public arena.
Qualified candidates have a minimum of five years’ professional experience and an advanced degree. Upon completion of the program, fellows must fulfill a two-year residency commitment to Greater Cleveland. Fellows must commit to the program full time. Each receives an annual stipend of $40,000. Invitations for up to eight fellows will be extended in June. The program begins in early September. Program guidelines and forms are available online at the Cleveland Foundation Web site. Applications are due by March 19, 2007.
