Info Call on Wednesday for Fielding's D&D Certificate Program

Fielding Graduate University announces the fourth offering of its graduate-level certificate program in Dialogue, Deliberation, and Public Engagement. The program will be conducted from August 17, 2007 to January 15, 2008. You’re invited to join a conference call on May 16 (Wednesday) to learn more about the program and have a conversation with core faculty.

This is the second year the certificate program is being offered in partnership with the University of Sydney, Australia. This distinctive program focuses on recent innovations in dialogue, deliberation, and public engagement, and features faculty who have played key roles in developing these approaches. It strives for the development of “virtuosity” in our practice of dialogue and deliberation.

Designed and delivered in collaboration with The International Institute for Sustained Dialogue, the Kettering Foundation, and the Public Dialogue Consortium, it features an outstanding core faculty of scholar-practitioners, including Hal Saunders, Barnett Pearce, Phil Stewart, Keith Melville, Jan Elliott, and Lyn Carson. It also features guests in Phone Dialogues who are widely recognized scholars and innovative practitioners. Previous programs’ featured guests included Carolyn Lukensmeyer, Juanita Brown, Martha McCoy, Bob Stains, Shawn Spano, Frank Barrett, Joe Peters, Janette Hartz-Karp and Jim Fishkin.

Come join us and learn with others who share your energy and enthusiasm for this work. Learn with others from different cultural backgrounds and different countries.
