CIES Now Accepting Applications for Research Award in Germany
Those of you studying dialogue and deliberation at the level of international politics may be interested in the Fulbright-Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik Research Award in International Politics in Germany, sponsored by the Council for the International Exchange of Scholars. (This is CIES Award #8259). The award will be offered to one junior or senior scholar in the field of international politics to spend 2 to 10 months performing research and occasional lectures in Berlin in the areas of European integration and enlargement, European and Atlantic security and global issues.
The award includes 1,500-2,050 Euro per month for a junior or senior researcher plus round trip travel and an allowance for dependents (as applicable); research facilities will be provided. The application deadline is August 1, 2007. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and should have a solid publications record in the target research areas, commensurate with career stage.
