USIP Unveils New Website on Arab-Israeli Relations
The United States Institute of Peace (USIP) recently launched a conflict-specific web resource compiling in one place all of USIP’s work on Arab-Israeli relations in the Middle East. As Arab-Israeli relations hit their lowest point in a generation and the risks of instability and violence increase, this site will serve as a resource for both scholars and practitioners in the U.S. and abroad.
The site should be intuitive for visitors who think in geographic terms of a region or conflict as distinct from other information on the Institute’s site, which is organized according to the curve of conflict — prevention, mediation/resolution and post-conflict stabilization. Visitors to the Arab-Israeli Relations site will first see USIP’s goals, and learn through their policy-relevant analysis and innovative programming how USIP is addressing them. Accessible online are publications, grants awarded to organizations and individuals dedicated to resolving the conflict, information on USIP’s ongoing projects, audio from relevant USIP events, experts and more.
