Bio

My facilitation background includes 12 years as a member and facilitator at a biweekly Salon in Los Angeles, originally started by the Utne Reader, as well as coordinating and facilitating the Southern California Network of 35 Salons; local mediation work for the Dispute Resolution Program at the City Attorney’s Office; continuing facilitation at America Speaks national conventions, including California Speaks on Health Care Reform, Equal Voices for American Families, and National Conversation on Climate Action; facilitation at a monthly Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) meeting in Los Angeles. Having lived in 10 countries on 4 continents, I have been fortunate in developing a more intuitive understanding of human motivation and a clear integral approach to all aspects that impact our societies.
