- Sharon has worked as a trainer, facilitator, and peacebuilding practitioner for 12 years in the areas of conflict transformation, teambuilding and leadership, restorative justice, organizational conflict, and peace studies. Sharon has taught at Goshen College (Goshen, IN) and Bethel College (North Newton, KS), and offered training as a consultant in Indiana, Virginia, and the U.K. Sharon currently works as the Director of Education and Training at the Kansas Institute of Peace and Conflict Resolution, and is a member of Cooperative by Design, LLC, a consortium of peacebuilding practitioners.
