Bio

Roshan Bliss serves as Youth Engagement Coordinator and Blog Curator for the National Coalition for Dialogue & Deliberation. Combining his belief that decisions are better when everyone is involved with his passion for empowering young people, he also works as a community organizer in Denver, CO with a focus on increasing the involvement of youth and students in their schools and in local government. Roshan is a trained mediator, has facilitated hundreds of hours of various types of group processes, and has a background as a diversity and inclusiveness trainer. Prior to NCDD, he was a conflict resolution graduate student at the University of Denver where he studied the application of conflict theory and public deliberation to political conflicts and social issues.
